Customer Questions

How can I purchase your artwork?

You have 3 options to get an awesome painting you really love:

  • You can check out the original paintings currently available in my Art Shop
  • You can purchase a print (select artworks only)
  • You can commission a custom painting. Start the process by emailing me.

I just can’t picture a painting in my home or office – can you help?

Yep. You have a couple of options:

  • Go to WallApp and drag a picture of your room in and then drag a picture of the artwork. This is a totally cool app – magic of the new millenium!
  • Or you can email me the room photo and I will digitally place the painting onto your blank wall for you to preview.

Do you do commissions?

Yes I do. Commissions (custom paintings) are a collaboration to create an artwork in the exact size, colors and mood/feeling that you want.

Commissions can be of nearly any subject you desire, whether it’s a special person, place, pet or a commemoration of a significant event.

How do I start the commission process?

First email me and then I’ll get a bit of basic information from you. We’ll set up a time to talk either by phone or video. At that time you can show me the spot where you want your artwork to go and we’ll get to know one another a bit more.

How often do you release new paintings?

Artwork gets released only when I feel a piece is done, so there are no release dates. The best way to find out about new paintings and collections is by signing up for my newsletter. Sign up for my Newsletter and receive a free gift when you do!

Will you hold a painting for me?

I offer payment plans so you can lay claim to your favorite painting before anyone else while being mindful of your budget. I mark the painting as sold when I receive your deposit. Once all when your payments are complete, then I will ship your artwork to you.

How do I start a payment plan?

Email me about the painting you’re interested in and I’ll set up a plan that works for you. Normally plans are set up for 3-6 month installments.

How are your paintings finished?

All my canvas paintings are finished with 2-3 coats of clear acrylic (either high gloss or satin/matte) and then get UV protectant as the final step. Occasionally I create artworks on paper and these get the same type of finish as the canvas paintings.

Do I need a frame?

My canvas paintings come wired and ready to hang without a frame, though frames are optional. If you want a frame you can either frame it yourself (I usually provide my color suggestions in the painting description) or if you prefer that I frame it for you prior to shipping, you will need to contact me.

USA Shipping

Shipping within the continental US will be added to the price at checkout. The artwork includes tracking and insurance and the package will need to be signed for upon delivery – this is for your satisfaction and security.

Returns

All sales are final. Exceptions are made in case of any damage incurred during shipping. If this happens, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your artwork to discuss solutions. Note that you will need to provide photos of both the artwork and the box.
